Why I built ListingStack
A close family friend sells real estate. Her brokerage handed her a CRM she could barely use — then wanted to charge her extra for the training. All she wanted was to keep in touch with her clients without losing her evenings to data entry.
I build software with AI for a living, so I built it for her. That project became ListingStack: contacts, listings, open houses, deals, and email marketing in one place, with the busywork automated — snap a photo of a business card and it's a contact; your sphere hears from you on a schedule you set; a new lead gets a warm reply in your name within minutes, even when you're mid-showing.
No feature ships because a competitor has it. It ships because a working agent needed it.
