A quick orientation to ListingStack.
ListingStack is a CRM built for real estate agents who want to spend less time on tooling and more time on relationships. It keeps your contacts, opportunities, listings, deals, and email outreach in one place, and gives you a public agent site that funnels inbound leads back into the same pipeline.
The one-minute tour
The app is organized around five core areas plus your inbox-style dashboard:
- Contacts — every person you know, with tags, types, and email subscription status.
- Opportunities — inbound inquiries from your public site, plus leads you add manually.
- Listings — your active inventory, publishable to your public agent site.
- Deals — active transactions from offer to close, with a task checklist and document vault.
- Emails — AI-assisted drip campaigns to subscribed contacts and personal one-off emails from opportunity pages.
The dashboard surfaces the numbers that actually matter: new leads this week, deals closed year-to-date with commission earned, tasks you haven't finished yet, open rates on recent emails.
Where to start
- Getting Started — finish your profile, upload a photo, and get oriented in the app.
- Contacts — get your rolodex in, either one at a time or via CSV import.
- Email Marketing — set up your drip schedule and enroll your past clients and sphere.
- Listings and Public Site — add your first listing and turn on your agent site to start capturing inbound leads.
