See who viewed your agent site, listings, flyers, and seller dashboards.
The Recent activity card on your dashboard shows views of your public pages from the last 48 hours, so you can see when your marketing is getting eyes on it without digging through reports.
What shows up
Four kinds of events appear in the feed:
- Agent site views: someone opened your public
/a/<slug>site (see the Public Agent Site guide) - Listing page views: someone opened one of your published listings on your public site
- Flyer views: someone opened a social share page (
/s/<token>) you created from a listing - Seller dashboard opens: your seller checked their private marketing dashboard for a listing
Rows read like "Someone in Canada viewed 12 Oak St". The country comes from where the visitor connected and is left off when it isn't known. Visitors are anonymous: ListingStack never knows who they are, and known bots and crawlers are filtered out.
Seller dashboard rows are the exception: they read "Your seller for 12 Oak St checked their dashboard" and never show a location, since your seller is a real client, not an anonymous visitor.
Repeat visits and the Active now badge
Someone clicking around the same page produces several views in a row. The feed folds repeat views of the same page within a half hour into a single row with a count, like "viewed 12 Oak St 3 times", so one engaged visitor doesn't flood the list.
A row younger than a few minutes gets an Active nowbadge. That's the freshest signal the feed offers: it means the view just happened, not that ListingStack is watching the visitor live.
How it updates
The card refreshes itself about once a minute while the dashboard is open in a visible tab, and shows the 10 most recent events from the last 48 hours. If nothing has been viewed in that window, it says so; sharing a listing, your agent site, or a flyer link is how views start arriving.
