New listings in your drip emails

Switch on Include in drip emails on a listing and it rides along in the next automated drip issue for each audience group you've opted in — a card with the first photo, address, price, beds, baths, square feet, and a View listing link, added below the written email. Each listing goes to each group once, up to 6 per issue. Choose which groups get listings per group on the Compose page; Active buyers is on by default. The line under the switch tells you where the listing is headed or where it has been.

Marketing copy written from your photos

Open a listing and click Write marketing copy. ListingStack reads the photos and the listing details and writes an MLS-ready description with a hashtag set, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn captions, Just Listed and Open House email drafts, and a headline, tagline, and feature bullets — usually in under a minute. Everything is a draft: edit it in place, copy it, use it as the listing description, drop an email into the composer to pick your audience, add the bullets to the listing's features, or pair a caption with a social image. The writer sticks to what the photos show and follows Fair Housing language rules. Nothing is posted or sent for you.

    One contact per email address

Your workspace now keeps a single contact for each email address, enforced by the database rather than by a best-effort check. Adding a contact with an email that's already in your workspace tells you so and links to the existing record, and a lead, open-house sign-in, referral, or import that arrives with a known email attaches to that contact instead of creating a second one. Merging two contacts still works the same way.

  • Sep 5Improved

Back where you were after signing in

Open a link to any part of the app while signed out and, once you sign in, you land on that page instead of the dashboard. That already worked for most of the app; it now covers help, subscribe, welcome, emails, conversations, documents, open houses, and reports too. Generated documents and template emails now use the public email from your profile, falling back to your login address only when it's blank. A lead that has been deleted shows the same in-app not-found page as every other record instead of silently bouncing to the leads list, an unsubscribe link that doesn't match anything says so plainly, and opening a template's fill page without a contact takes you to the template page to pick one. A few more guardrails: contact names are capped at a sensible length, a negative listing price is rejected, and the toggles on calendar and concierge settings plus the photo picker on the social image page are labeled for screen readers.

  • Sep 5Improved

    Fewer dead ends

A whole-app pass turned up the places where a wrong turn left you stranded. An expired or mistyped link now lands on a page with a way back instead of a blank 404, and inside the app a missing record points you to the dashboard and search. The post-checkout welcome page offers a way forward if the payment confirmation is slow. Creating a sale or a contact with a bad value returns a clear message instead of a generic error, the privacy policy fits on a phone screen, and a few controls picked up proper labels for screen readers.

  • Sep 4New

Partner welcome notes and named referrals

Partners can write a welcome note once in their portal, and every new signup through their link receives it by email right after creating an account, with replies going straight to the partner. Anyone arriving through a partner link now sees the partner's name and partner pricing on the homepage and the signup page. For brokerage partners, ListingStack can turn on named referrals, so the portal lists each signup's name and email, and the signup page says so before anyone creates an account.

  • Sep 4Improved

Saved source links in the partner portal

Partners can now save a source link with one click and find it again later. Type a label, hit Save and copy, and the link stays listed in the portal with its click count, ready to copy again or remove, even before anyone has clicked it.

  • Sep 4New

    A portal for partners

Partners in the ListingStack partner program now get a private portal showing clicks, signups, paying referrals, earnings, and payouts, broken out by source. Give each placement its own ?src= label to see it on its own line, and set payout details right in the portal.

  • Sep 3New

    A contact page

There is now a way to reach a person: listing-stack.com/contact. Ask about pricing, get help with a trial, or start a conversation about your brokerage. Every message is read by the founder, with a reply within one business day.

August 2026

  • Aug 30New

Appointment reminder emails for your clients

Turn on 'Email clients an appointment reminder' in Calendar Settings and ListingStack emails the appointment's linked contact 24 hours ahead, sent from your name with the title, time, and location. An optional same-day reminder can follow 1 or 2 hours before the appointment. Replies land straight in your inbox, it's off by default, and these emails never count against your daily send limit.

  • Aug 17New

Start with a few questions, not a blank signup form

Signing up for ListingStack now opens with a short set of questions at listing-stack.com/start: pick what's actually slowing you down, more leads, leads that don't convert, missed deadlines, or price, and you land on the parts of the product that answer it, before you're ever asked to create an account. The homepage also has a new hero built around those same four starting points.

  • Aug 13New

Printable listing flyers, not just open house ones

Click 'Generate flyer' on any listing for a letter-size flyer with the hero photo, price, specs, and description, plus a QR code to the listing's public share page. The banner reflects the listing's status — For Sale, Pending, Sold, or Coming Soon.

  • Aug 10New

Watch each guide page, not just read it

Every page in the in-app guide now has a 'Watch this page's video' card with a short training clip for that feature — clips auto-advance into a playlist, so you can watch a whole workflow start to finish.

  • Aug 10New

Watch how it works, before you sign up

Short click-to-play clips now sit right on the landing page — Concierge, Calendar, Documents, business-card scan, open houses, deal pipeline, reports, and more — so you can see a feature working before you ever create an account.

  • Aug 9Improved

    Smarter contact import matching

CSV import now recognizes more header styles automatically — including snake_case exports like first_name and last_name — so fields that used to need manual mapping line up on their own.

  • Aug 4New

MLS listing search, built and ready to connect

A live demo at listing-stack.com/mls-demo: search by city, price, beds, and baths against a full RESO/IDX-style listings API. The search and the UI are built — what's next is connecting it to a real MLS feed once we have access in your market.

  • Aug 3Improved

    Buyer survey area search, fixed

Typing an area on the buyer survey and hitting Enter now adds it — previously it could silently skip past what you'd typed.

  • Aug 1New

Call or text a lead straight from the list

The Leads list now shows phone number as its own column, with tap-to-call and tap-to-text — matching Contacts. Search across Leads and Contacts also finds people by phone number now, however it's formatted or wherever it's stored.

July 2026

  • Jul 30Improved

    Faster, more reliable onboarding

Workspace setup now fails forward instead of hanging — if something takes too long, you get a clear 'Try again' and a link to support after 30 seconds.

  • Jul 28New

See a real ListingStack agent site

A full example agent website — listings, contact card, the works — live at listing-stack.com/a/jane-smith, so you can see what yours would look like before you sign up.

  • Jul 28New

Try the AI Concierge live — no signup

A live demo at listing-stack.com/demo: you play the lead, ask anything about a fictional listing, and the same AI that answers our agents' leads writes back — on the page and in your inbox. Watch it hedge on facts it can't verify, offer showing times, and book the appointment.

  • Jul 27New

Social links on your public agent page

Add your Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Zillow profiles on the Profile page and they appear as icons on your public agent site, right under your contact info. Fill in the ones you use; the rest stay hidden.

  • Jul 25New

    Import your contacts from Google

Bring your sphere in from Google Contacts — pick which labels to import, review everyone before anything is saved, and let duplicate detection fill in the blanks on people you already have. Phone numbers, addresses and birthdays come across too, not just names. Read-only: nothing in your Google account is ever changed.

  • Jul 25Improved

Edit a contact's other email addresses

Contacts can carry extra email addresses so ListingStack recognizes them when they write from a different one. You can now add and remove those directly on the contact — previously they could only be added.

  • Jul 23Improved

    A brighter ListingStack

The website moved from dark to a warm, light look — paper tones, a deep green pulled from our own business card, and a proper display typeface. Same product, same honest claims, easier on the eyes.

  • Jul 23New
