What happens with my email address?

It gets the one demo reply, and we keep a send log so the demo can't be used to spam anyone (one demo email per address per day). You're not added to any list unless you tick the product-updates box.

Why does it refuse to answer some questions?

By design. For checkable facts — HOA fees, taxes, square footage, school districts — the concierge never guesses. It tells the lead it will confirm, and flags the exact question to the agent.

Does it really book appointments?

Yes. In the real product it offers open times from your connected Google Calendar and books the slot the lead picks. The demo uses a stand-in calendar for the fictional agent.
