- What can you actually import?
Any CSV export (every major CRM can produce one — kvCORE, BoldTrail, Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent, Top Producer), plain spreadsheets, and documents: PDF or Word contact rosters, open-house sign-in sheets, even photos of business cards. If a person's info is in it, we can usually get it in.
- How long does the switch take?
For founding customers we do the migration by hand, typically inside the same week — send your export on a Tuesday and you're working out of ListingStack by Friday. Bigger or messier databases can take a little longer; you keep selling the whole time.
- What happens to new leads while I'm switching?
That's the part we're proudest of: the AI Lead Concierge starts answering and qualifying new email inquiries from your site and open-house sign-ins as soon as your account is live — in your voice, around the clock. The usual week-one dead zone doesn't happen.
- My database is full of duplicates. Will the mess come with me?
No — cleaning it is part of the migration. We de-duplicate and normalize as we move your contacts, and send you the “here's what we found” cleanup list. You get that list free even if you decide not to stay.
- Do I lose my notes and history?
Contact fields, notes, and tags in your export come over. Honest caveat: most CRMs won't export their internal activity logs (every click and auto-text they ever logged) in a usable form — we bring over everything your old CRM lets out the door and tell you exactly what did and didn't make it.
- Do I have to cancel my old CRM first?
No. Most founding customers run both in parallel until their old contract's renewal date. Nothing about the migration requires touching your existing subscription.
- What does the migration cost?
For founding customers, nothing — white-glove migration is part of the founding offer. It won't stay free forever; it will stay free for everyone who joined while it was.
- Does the concierge text my leads too?
No — it works by email, and we say so plainly. Automated texting requires carrier A2P registration, and we'd rather do that properly than quietly break the rules. Tap-to-call and tap-to-text work on every phone number in your CRM.
- What if I want to leave ListingStack later?
No annual contract, and you can export your contacts to CSV anytime, yourself, from the app. We think the fastest way to earn trust in a switch is to make the exit door visible.
